Question about frames and swapping text
Well I'm working on a project and I wanted it to have 3 frames. The first would be a navigational bar on the left side that had links to the pages. The second would be a bar on the top that had a title spot and a summary spot on it, with the third being the rest and it would be a scrolling frame that included all the indepth info. My question is this:
Is there a way to use XML, HTML, or any other language to make the title and summary switch based on the 3rd frame without having each on have its own header frame?
Thanks in advance

Hi, welcome to the forums.
Yes, you could do this with JavaScript and HTML. Wouldn't it make a lot more sense to just have separate pages rather than changing most of the frames.
Any time saved by not loading your Nav frame again is lost in the new JavaScript that needs downloading. Seriously, I would say your much better off getting rid of the frames if you can.If one of our members helps you, please click theicon to add to their reputation!
