How do I offer a Presentation Viewer or any other kind of file as a download from my webpage -

I need to show my viewers a Powerpoint presentation but they need to download the Powerpoint Viewer to view it.

Powerpoint Viewer is a free download and I would like to offer it as a download from my website..

well, i am sure in the disclaimer of the program Microsoft put somthing about sharing it (never read it), but you could download it then upload it to your server then give a link to it, or to be on the safe side give a link to download it like this:
