    <div> banner aligned to the right of a <table>

    Hi

    I'm having a problem at the moment on CSS2 positioning. Basically I need to put a floating banner to the right of a table. One of the problems is that the <table> is aligned=Center.

    I've managed to get it right, but once I change resolutions it doesn't work. Does anyone know any way of making it stick to the right of the table and that will work on all resolutions. I've tried absolute percentages? and looked all over the web. If you can help, thank you.

    I've done a diagram to illustrate my problem.

    Cheers

    try somthing like this:
    HTML Code:
    <table width="100%" height="100%" style="padding: 0; border: 0px; border-collapse: collapse;">
    	<tr>
    		<td width="80%" bgcolor="#735300" style="border: 0px;">something like an image</td>
    		<td style="border: 0px; padding: 0;"><div style="background-color: green; height: 100%; width: 100%;">save money, do whatever!</div></td>
    	</tr>
    </table>

    can you just position your div for the banner so it stays where you want it

    <div style="position:absolute;top:0px;left:1px">

    change your top and ;eft px to whatever numbr you need to get it in the position you want.

    Re: <div> banner aligned to the right of a <table>

    make it like this

    make a n outer table
    in the first TD put the first table with width as 100% and in the second TD put your div banner.

    make sure you spacify the with of the second TD only leave the first blank.

    hop that will help

    You can do that to fix it to the right margin, but not to align it to the right of the table.
