    Google ADsense Program

I'm just taking an interest in Google Adsense programs. I've seen advertisements that speak of making money creating ads for other people. Is this true.
How does one make money with Google Adsense? From the little I read, it seems that Adsense is a program you join to get people to come to your site. I really don't understand. I hear a money making opportunity. Want to know more.

    Welcome to the forums
Adsense is an ad program which allows webmasters to place advertisements, like you see here, on our websites.

Adwords is the program which allows webmasters to purchase advertising on Google.com or its Adsense partners.

    hope this helps,

    You Said,
"making money creating ads for other people. Is this true."

This is partically true. There are a ton of people online today that make good moneyt hrough the google adsense program. However you do not have to create the ads. YOu simply sign up with google adsense program and get your site approved. Then you can do a cut and paste of alittle code onto yourwebsite and the ads are displayed automatically. Everytime someone click on these ads google offers to pay you a percentage of what they earn. It is often a small amount per click between 10 cents and 5 dollars or so on average depending on your topic. However if you have a good amount of traffic it adds up quickly.

The best part is there is no customer service!

    Hope it helps

    Re: Google ADsense Program

byenomi, your site should qualify. The primary reason a site would not qualify is if it is an e-commerce site. You shouldn't have anything to worry about.

Alex3k, the way adsense works is that ads show up on your site in the location you designate for it, and you are paid per click on the ads. Your income will depend entirely on how many people click on the ads on your site. None of your users have to even know that adsense exists in order for it to work.

    Re: Google ADsense Program

According to Google's site, "Once you've submitted your AdSense application and verified your email address, it typically takes 2-3 days for our specialists to complete the review. However, depending on the volume of applications we receive, it may take up to one week." My guess is that it is still under review. However, if you have not heard back from them by the 23rd, I would definitely contact them. For additional questions, check here first.

    Re: Google ADsense Program

You need to contact Adsense support as directed here as I mentioned in my previous post. I do not have access to your adsense status, but they do.
