    Unusual CSS behavior

    Hello, I have a website that when viewed for the first time parses the different divs in an odd manner, yet the positioning is correct after a refresh.

    this only happens a few times, please post if it works fine for you or not

    I was wondering if ne one has ever seen somthing like this and if you guys could help

    Hi there Nitric420,

    and a warm welcome to these forums.

    I observed your problem in Firefox on initial load.
    To effect a cure I added the image dimensions...

    <img src="../pictures/site/banner_nitric_us.jpg" width="700" height="125" class="banner" alt=""/>
    ...note that I added alt="" for validation purposes.
    You also need to remove the forward slash as highlighted here...
    Code:
    <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="general_site.css" />
    ...for the same reason.

    Thank you Coothead, I really appreciate that its been bothering me for a while now. Sorry for the delayed response, ive been caught up with AP tests and my Senior paper. Those are all done now tho =D
