    Hi empireweb,
    I currently host the website with my hosting company - yardhost.com (website under construction). The price of the website/domain is so cheap - I would actually be losing out if it was sold like that. Bearing this in mind, I will need to generate inome to cover the cost and my losses - that is why it must remain with the current host (yardhost.com).
