    i wish to know about the code to make that page auto-refesh every 3 second

    you could do it through meta tags in the html:

    <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="x_seconds; url=http://www.yourhost.com/pagetosendto.html">

    i.e. <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="5; URL=http://www.davesite.com/">
