Need help on Apache Installation Please

I have installed Apache on my Windows XP. But during installation it could not connect to port 80. I realize that I have my IIS turn on. So that might conflict with my IIS. How to turn off my IIS?
Also, during installation there is a window pop up prompting Network Domain and Server Name (and my Email). They have automatically fill the fields. But I change the Network Domain and Server Name to "localhost" following the tutorial. Should I leave it alone or should I change it to localhost?
I appreciate your help and consideration!
    Thanks,
    Ted

Re: Need help on Apache Installation Please

OK, right now installation of Apache is fine. Apache 2.2 server is running.
But I got "Page Could Not Be Found" error when I try to access hello.html page using http://localhost/hello.html
I have changed the DocumentRoot and Directory to point to C:\Inetpub\wwwroot folder.
Can you help suggesting where could have been wrong? Why my browser still could not find "hello.html" document which I put in the wwwroot folder?
    Thanks!

As of this time, the problem is solved.
Apparently I should type "hello.htm" instead of "hello.html"
