    Helllp Help!! Frame Script help

I have a frame script I am trying to do where the top frame is the navbar and everytime I click on the link to go back to the home page it just chages the top of the frame not the bottom where the site to order stuff is.

Please someone help..I am more than willing to show you the test page as well and let you see what I am having problems with..I am about to pullout my hair.

I named each and gave each a target which is not a new windo because he wants to keep it on line a single page as if they are still in the same site...
