How to get my page content text to show up before navigation text for improved SEO
I've read in a few places that google counts there first 300 words or so that the spider sees on a website as more important than the rest for pagerank purposes, (not the most important factor but a factor none the less).
Unfortunately when I look at my website http://www.addcoach4u.com in a search engine spider simulator i.e., http://www.iwebtool.com/spider_view
the text for the navigation items on the left hand side show up first before the individual page content. I'd rather have the page text show up first and the navigation show up last.
My site is build around a template with all other pages based on that template, with an external css file
I know a bit of html but am definitely not an expert on it.
Does anyone know what I need to do to get my page text to show up first and navigation text last for the search engine spiders?
