Re: Help with a small counter

the way i would do it would be simple...
if you have a menu-bar, or something, put the counter in there so that will give you the site counter
and put on all your other pages the same counter...
everytime one of those pages opens the counter will add one...
so on everypage there will be a counter and you will have a counter for your site

Re: Help with a small counter

Have you just put a predesigned counter there, or have you coded the counter yourself?

It sounds like you want to see a number of counters on the front page, showing the unique hit values from other pages on the site. If each has a counter which stores it's values in a database, you simply need to extract those values and display them.
If you've just "plugged in" a ready-made counter from your host's control panel (or equivalent) you're going to have to find out how it stores the data, where it stores the data, how to get at it, and how to convert it into a useable number - which could be very simple or hugely complex!
