    Need Help Desperately!!

    hi

    i am tryin to create a sophisticated user login can anyone help me.. i am using prgramming language perl but need to use a text file to store user details. i would also need to create a different scree n to add/delete and amend user to the text file. here is my email:REMOVED any offers welcome.
