    General Interests/Left side of page help

    Does anyone know how or the code so that I can put images beside each other going across? Anything I put on there will only go underneath each other and the section is wide so I don't understand. In the about me section there isn't any problem doing this, but the left side won't place the images side by side AND the images are very small ones.
    Thanks!

    Maybe you are entering and
    somehow it seems to make your
    img go on the bottom, or, you are
    using <br> and that means you are
    making it automatically go down.
    Try not even useing enter after you
    put your first img on. 'Cause, I have
    to do that on Glitter Graphics in
    order for some of my imgs to sit
    beside each other.
    I hoped I helped you, cause
    i'm not much of a helper.

    Re: General Interests/Left side of page help

    i forget myspace's no line break code,
    but one thing i do is use a table.

    use this for the beggining of the code,
    it should make it so there is no gaps, but you might have to play around with the numbers a bit,

    <table cellspacing="-2px" cellpadding="-2px">
    <tr>

    then for each picture you want you'll have to put
    <td> before the picture code
    and </td> after each picture code

    then at the end of the amount of pictures put this:

    </tr></table>

    ==================
    example:
    ==================
    -this will put 5 pictures right next to each other in a line.

    <table cellspacing="-2px" cellpadding="-2px">
    <tr>
    <td><img src="http://www"></td>
    <td><img src="http://www"></td>
    <td><img src="http://www"></td>
    <td><img src="http://www"></td>
    <td><img src="http://www"></td>
    </tr></table>

    -----------------------------------------------------------
    if you would like to put five in a row,
    and then put five more right below it in another row,
    it would look like this:

    <table cellspacing="-2px" cellpadding="-2px">
    <tr>
    <td><img src="http://www"></td>
    <td><img src="http://www"></td>
    <td><img src="http://www"></td>
    <td><img src="http://www"></td>
    <td><img src="http://www"></td>
    </tr>
    <tr>
    <td><img src="http://www"></td>
    <td><img src="http://www"></td>
    <td><img src="http://www"></td>
    <td><img src="http://www"></td>
    <td><img src="http://www"></td>
    </tr></table>

    Re: General Interests/Left side of page help

    i don't know what exact code myspace uses for a no line break,
    i just use a table.

    use this for the beggining of the code,
    it should make it so there is no gaps, but you might have to play around with the numbers a bit,

    <table cellspacing="-2px" cellpadding="-2px">
    <tr>

    then for each picture you'll have to use this:
    <td><img src="URL_TO_IMAGE"></td>

    then end the table using this:
    </tr></table>

    ===================
    so if you wanted to put five pictures in one row the code would look something like this:

    <table cellspacing="-2px" cellpadding="-2px">
    <tr>

    <td><img src="URL_TO_IMAGE"></td>
    <td><img src="URL_TO_IMAGE"></td>
    <td><img src="URL_TO_IMAGE"></td>
    <td><img src="URL_TO_IMAGE"></td>
    <td><img src="URL_TO_IMAGE"></td>

    </tr></table>

    =================================

    if you would like two rows of 5 pictures you use the same code above,
    but instead of using the </tr></table> part,
    you'd put this in its place:
    </tr><tr>

    and then use these codes again for the images:
    <td><img src="URL_TO_IMAGE"></td>
    <td><img src="URL_TO_IMAGE"></td>
    <td><img src="URL_TO_IMAGE"></td>
    <td><img src="URL_TO_IMAGE"></td>
    <td><img src="URL_TO_IMAGE"></td>

    and then when you're finally done adding rows of pictures you use this:
    </tr></table>
    ============================

    i'm sorry if i can't explain it that well.
    it seems like everytime i'm on this site it's when my head is somewhere else.
    but if you don't understand what i mean,

    post links to the pictures you want in rows.
    and label them as:
    "first pic in row one"
    "second pic in row one"
    etc,
    and then
    "first pic in row two"
    "second pic in row two"

    and i'll write the code for you and send it to you.

    ==============================
    i wanted to add this:

    in the code below the <tr> signals a new row,
    and the </tr> signals end of a new row.

    so you'd use this at the beginning:

    <table cellspacing="-2px" cellpadding="-2px">

    then for the start of a row use this:

    <tr>

    then for each picture you'll have to use this:

    <td><img src="URL_TO_IMAGE"></td>

    then at the end of the row use this:

    </tr>

    then end the table using this:
    </table>
