    Question Collapsing an iFrame?

    Hi Folks! ... I'm brand new to this great looking site & would like to ask my 1st question.
    How do you go about collapsing an iframe? .... I have a website already set up with one particular iframe, which I would like users to be able to collapse/fold up when they don't want to view it.
    Thanks in advance for any help!

    If you want to make an element not consume any layout space and be hidden then set the CSS display
    property to none e.g.

    Code:
    iframeElement.style.display = 'none'
    to show it again set

    Code:
    iframeElement.style.display = ''

    Re: Collapsing an iFrame?

    Thanks so much for that, but being a novice on HTML, would you be so kind as to demonstrate how to lay it out in a typical iframe routine? ... thank you.

    {example of my current frame}
    Code:
    <tdalign="middle"width=885height=40bgcolor="#eeeeee">
    <IFRAME SRC="http://xxx/xxx.html" scrolling="No" MARGINWIDTH="0" MARGINHEIGHT="0" frameborder=1 height=125 width=886 NAME=MAIN>
    </iframe>
    </td>
