Need Understanding

I'm building a site using Dreamweaver 8 with progressive download wmv files. I cannot figure out how to upload multiple files that link to a table on a certain page that can be changed out through SmartFtp. I'm new and do not quite understand how to link external back-end files! Please help! I'm also learning web design and have a remote server that has MySql and c-panel. However; for the time being I need to stick to what is easiest and educational for now! I would appreciate a script or any advise! Thank you very much!

I don't really understand what you are asking.
Just a question. Why don't you use Dreamweavers ftp? I find it much more intuitive than dedicated ftp software.

Thank you for your reply! Since I had asked the question, my computer crashed and all my info to this site was in it; so I welcomed your e-mail today very much!! I have since I had asked that question figured out the solution which was what you replied with! Thank you for replying! I'm very new to this and will need help from time to time!
