    Question Matching Case

I want to match a password from mysql database, but the problem is the query is not checking for the case i.e. uppercase or lowercase of the data fetched.

MOHSIN and mohsin are considered same.
whereas the actual password is mohsin.

    please help

    Re: Matching Case

How are you storing the password in your database? Plain text or what? Also, what does your query look like that you're using to retrieve the password?
