    Background Problem

    I want to make my background image one large photo that takes up all, or very close to most of my background, but whenever I import a photo, it automaticaly makes it small and only gives me the choices to show it once, or tile it. My brother tells me I need a code, but we even tried coping his code and inserting my photo url and it still doesn't work. Thanks for the help.

    Re: Background Problem

    one big problem with that is sometimes if an image is small,
    and you wanna use it for the whole background, it has to blow up the image which makes the image all pixelated or "boxy." if you could search for an image that is big enough to cover the screen, about 800-1000pixels wide would be ideal, then it wouldn't get distorted as bad.

    but from what i can understand i think this is the code you're looking for, if not, please let me know so i can get you the right code.

    <style>
    body {background-image:url('INSERT_PIC_URL_HERE');
    background-attachment: scroll;
    width:100%;
    }

    Re: Background Problem

    if last code doesn't work,
    try this, i'm not sure if it's supported by all browsers,
    seeing as how it is a new version of css (coding language) that has came out (css 3):

    body {
    background: url('IMAGE_URL_HERE') no-repeat;
    background-size: 100%;
    }
