Script to allow users to upload pics

    Greetings,

I am not sure if this is the right spot to post this, so please forgive me if it's not.

I am redoing my guild's (for a computer game) website and I am looking to incorporate a certain option. Basically, I would like to give the users the option to upload a pic via a form, and then have that displayed on the website automatically. How would be best to do this? Any free code out there that could simulate this?

    Thanks!

hello Capo. Welcome to the forums!

Lots of image upload scripts out there. Your hosts probably has either php or asp installed (most do) , failing that, probably Perl/cgi installed.
For free scripts for all of the above, try - http://www.hotscripts.com

    they are very good.
the only problem I can foresee is if you are on a free host. They tend to disallow uploads. But we will cross that bridge wehn we come to it....

    Dean,

Thank you for your reply! Atm, I am using the free webspace that comes with my ISP, but I am not going to encorporate the new design until I move to a full option payed site. It will support PHP I know, and I believe ASP as well...

    I'll let ya know soon!
