    bcc with php mailer

    Hi,
    Stupid question, I know, but I the php script I have to process form on website is presently being sent $to someone@theirfirm.com, but I need to be able to send a copy bcc to the MD.
    How and where is this put? Is it under $headers "bc: etc etc with \r\n"; can you be precise as to where it is put within the form.
    Many thanks

    Re: bcc with php mailer

    http://www.dagondesign.com/articles/secure-php-form-mailer-script/ has an example of how to use a bcc.

    Excerpt from the page follows:

    Advanced Recipient Options

    As mentioned above, if you want to send the messages to a single recipient, just enter the email address in the recipients option. To send to multiple recipients, separate the addresses with a | (pipe) character, and use one of the following prefixes for each: to= cc= bcc=

    Examples:

    to=user1@domain.com|to=user2@domain.com
    to=user1@domain.com|cc=user2@domain.com
    to=user1@domain.com|cc=user2@domain.com|bcc=user3@domain.com

    Re: bcc with php mailer

    Thanks for reply, but don't understand.
    The form is html separate and the script is php. The form is a booking form and the md wants a copy of the form. The form is originally sent to another employee for processing and the md wants a copy of the form that is received. I've read you should put bc with headers within php script but exactly where? as I have other headers to do with the email in html and text.
    Thank
