Hey, I know how to redirect using this code:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">
<meta http-equiv="REFRESH" content="0;url=http://olabaz.squarespace.com"></HEAD>
but this opens up a new page on IE, so I was wondering if there was a code that could redirect you to a new page on the same IE page.

Never mind I figured it out here is the code.
<title>A web page that points a browser to a different page after 2 seconds</title>
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="2; URL=http://www.pa.msu.edu/services/computing/">
<meta name="keywords" content="automatic redirection">
If your browser doesn't automatically go there within a few seconds,
you may want to go to
<a href="http://www.pa.msu.edu/services/computing/">the destination</a>
