    iframe scrolling probs.

    so first time posting here.
    i'm using the horizontal scroll example from this site:
    www.dyn-web.com/dhtml/iframes/scroll-h.html

    I've implemented it on this page (http://www.phillipmarchjones.com/paper.html), but the hover scroll function of the arrows isn't functioning I know I'm missing something simple. If anyone could take a gander at this it would be greatly appreciated.
