    simple frame question

    I am having problems trying to get rid of my scrollbars. I know this is frequently asked so I apologize. I would like my webpage to have a border at the top, menu links on the left, and the content in the bottom right pane as follows, but all move as one page with the IE scrollbar on right:

    ------------------
    - top -
    ------------------
    - left - right -
    - - -
    - - -
    ------------------

    I just can't see to do it and it is slowly aggravating me because it seems like it's not difficult. I have been looking at
    border=0, scrollbars='no' adding/altering attributes in <frame> and <frameset> tags.

    What am I missing? here is my code, sorry it is long

    -------
    index.html
    ---------
    <html>
    <frameset rows="25%,*" border="0">
    <frameset cols="100%" border="0">
    <FRAME SRC="t.html" NAME="topframe" id="topframe" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" />
    <frameset scrolling="auto">
    <frameset cols="25%,*" border="0" >
    <FRAME SRC="l.html" NAME="menuframe" id="menuframe" frameborder="0" />
    <FRAME SRC="r.html" NAME="innerframe" id="innerframe" frameborder="0" />
    </frameset>
    </frameset>
    </html>

    -------
    top.html
    -------

    <html>
    <head></head>
    <body>
    <H1>This is the top frame</H1>
    <H2>This is the top frame</H2>
    <H3>This is the top frame</H3>
    </body>
    </html>
    -------
    right.html and left.html (is the same)
    -------
    <html>
    <head></head>
    <body>
    <H1>This is a frame!</H1>
    <BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>
    <BR><BR><BR><BR> <BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>
    Hello!<BR>
    </body>
    </html>

    You will not be able to get multiple frames to scroll together. You may want to consider a frameless page with tables

    btw, welcome
