Lunarpages had a great reputation in the industry, or so it appeared. I did have a negative experience at one time, but to be honest I cannot even say why. If memory serves it was one of those fair enough, but you could of handled it much better deals.
The above considered I was still not completely turned off to Lunarpages. It was not long though that I began to feel that if it had the name Lunarpages, it could probably be handled alot better
There are other stories of Amy which I followed that seemed to bare great credibility, if true are just plain pathetic and disqusting.
It seems to me that if they spent more efforts in doing the right thing they would not have to worry so much about reputation control.
