Indexing and Search Engine Submissions

If anyone is able to explain or help with indexing a web site for search engine submission it would be greatly appreciated. I have entered 7 sites into the search engines only 2 have been indexed which are .com sites the other 5 .ca sites are not coming up. Is anyone able to help with this issue?

Did you set proper mata title keywords descriptions h1 headings etc. its called onpage SEO, if you properly did onpage seo than it should be indexed by search engine

It takes some time before any website is indexed in the SE. Just produce qulaity content and do not worry about the search engines.
