I need some help with choosing a host. I need to find a VPS account with cPanel for one of my clients. Found suitable offers at hostv.com and currently testing their support. Parallelly I would like somebody to tell me if I am on the correct way by sharing experience, or any suggestion of comparable hosting with cPanel VPS accounts.
I think they are OK. But you should find some people who has experience with their services and to see what they say about the company. My suggestion is to create a list of requirements and to send it to some web hosting providers. The responses you'd get will give you a lot of information about how any particular company does customer support.
