Any easy tool to create css for wordpress

Hi .I am searching a tool that create css for wordpress without writing codes .Can anyone help .

When you add/create/edit post, the text editor creates the necessary markup equivalent for you.

I am not aware of any tools that will do that out of the box. I know in the Wordpress admin you can edit the CSS, but that is all I am aware of. Are you looking for a visual editor to do this with?

Depending on the template used from the WP admin area there are some minor possibilities... example change some header images or some title colors...

I agree I do not know any magic tool!!! must edit file style.css and eventually some PHP file in the theme directory.
